We pride ourselves in the excellent quality of our products, but if you have a problem with anything, please let us know as soon as possible after receipt of your goods from us by emailing email@example.com. We will be happy to replace your product if you send back anything faulty and what’s more we’ll refund the postal costs.
If you simply change your mind and would like a refund, then you have 14 days to send back your product, unused and in its original packaging and we will credit you, less the cost of return delivery.
For all orders taken up to 3.00 p.m. between Monday and Friday we aim to despatch the same day. Our products are sent out via Royal Mail by second class post, so we hope they will be with you the next day on weekdays and within two days at weekends.
Whilst the colours on this site are as close to the product colour as possible, there may occasionally be slight variations due either to dye batch or due to the way colour is seen on different computer/tablet and mobile screens.
All our products are available in a variety of lengths – if the length you require is not shown on this website, please contact us as we can usually supply other quantities.
What if I can't see the product I am looking for?
As we manufacture our products ourselves in Leicester, UK, we are often able to produce products to your own specification (subject to minimum order quantities and slightly longer delivery times.) Please call us if you have a particular requirement.
