UK Shipping
Our shop aims to despatch orders on the same day of purchase (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 3pm. Except Bank Holidays, Seasonal Holidays and Factory Closures.
Weekend orders will be despatched on the Monday.
Orders will usually be received within 2 to 3 working days, if not earlier.
We do offer faster shipping options when purchasing our products, but this will be at an additional cost. Contact us if you have specific requirements, for example Pre 10 Next Day Deliveries.
Deliveries are usually sent out via Royal Mail or an alternative courier depending on the size of your order.
International Shipping
We charge for every International Shipping from UK.
Charges vary depending on what item you order and the size to be despatched.
The charges are available to see in each listing before purchasing the product. If our website charges incorrectly for the shipping charge due to weight or value of the order, we reserve the right to cancel or request additional payment to cover the shipping charge and insurance fees.
Some of our products/listings do not have International Postage available, please get in touch for a quote.
Customs Charges
Orders shipped to countries outside our own may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees.
- Responsibility for Charges: We do not cover any import duties, customs charges, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities in your country. Any such charges are your responsibility as the customer.
- Payment of Charges: In most cases, the customs department or shipping providers, will request these charges to be paid upon delivery to release your goods. You must arrange payment directly with the courier or the relevant customs authority as instructed.
Please be aware of any import restrictions or requirements in your country prior to placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees.
Customs Delays
While we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery, shipments may occasionally experience customs clearance delays that are beyond our control.
- Preparation of Documents: We ensure that all customs documents are completed accurately and thoroughly to facilitate clearance and minimize the risk of delays.
- Potential Delays: Despite our best efforts, shipments may still face delays in customs clearance within your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and no direct contact with customs authorities in your country to expedite the process.
Please Note that it is not feasible for us to locate or track parcels once they have left the UK. We ask that customers contact the courier directly for updates on international shipments. If you need further assistance after contacting the courier, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping costs can be combined to save you money depending on the size of the parcel.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you accept that any customs charges and delays in customs clearance are outside our control and responsibility. Please consider this carefully when placing an order for delivery outside our country.

Delivery Conditions
Please make sure the postage address you provide is correct, we will not be held liable for incorrect supplied addresses.
If the address given is incorrect in error, please email us asap to let us know the updated address.
If you require deliveries to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address as we are unable to post to multiple addresses otherwise.
Returns
We pride ourselves in the excellent quality of our products, but if you have a problem with anything, please let us know as soon as possible.
We accept a return policy within 30 days of purchase, for a refund.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs on all of our products, and send the unused product back in its original packaging.
If the goods received are found to be faulty or not as described, we will provide a full refund once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed once the item has been returned.
We recommend that you send your item back via recorded delivery or with proof of delivery.
Non-Returnable – Made-to-Order Products
Our made-to-order products are customized to meet specific customer requirements and are therefore non-returnable.
This policy applies to:
- Large Quantity Orders: Bulk purchases across any product category, where items are manufactured specifically based on customer demand.
- Bullet Tip Laces: A majority of our laces are made to order, especially our Metal Bullet Tipped Laces. These are made to order and non-returnable.
- Assemblies: These shock cord products in this category are Made to Order to specific design and quantity requirements.
- Tags & Loops: Products within our Tags & Loops category are created uniquely to meet the customer’s specific requests.
These products are produced upon order confirmation, and as such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective or do not match the approved specifications.
